1. First Contact Us by telephoning 01772-290661. Alternatively complete our on-line Contact Form to check which cars are available for your date giving brief details of the locations of the Ceremony and Reception so that prices can be quoted.

2. If you then wish to reserve any of the cars please complete the Provisional Reservation Form giving all the details requested.

Wait for an e-mail reply confirming the Reservation has been accepted.

Please Note! Reservations can only be held for strictly 7 days from the date of our Reservation Acceptance, after which the cars will be open to other enquiries.

3. Download the Booking Form which is in Adobe pdf format. Complete it and mail it First Class to Alexandra Vintage & Classic Cars, 1 Thistle Close, Hesketh Bank
Preston, PR4 6TP together with a Cheque to the value of £30 for each car booked.

Please send your Booking Form & Cheque as soon as possible to avoid any problem caused by postal delays.

Bookings are only firmed up when the Booking Form and Booking Fee are received.

4. We will e-mail you with confirmation that your Booking has been accepted and mail a copy of the Booking Form and a Receipt for the Booking Fee ( which is non-refundable ).
